Introducing DataHub

Your Astra Dashboard now features DataHub, your all-in-one tool for generating downloadable reports and viewing your program's analytics.

The Analytics tab provides a bar chart of transfer volume by a default value of 90 Days, which can be shortened or expanded. The chart can be modified to show volume on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. The chart can also be filtered to show volume and transfers for a specific payment solution. Hover over a bar to see the total volume and transfer count for that given day, week, month, or quarter. The expandable Summary tab includes high level metrics such as total volume, average transfer volume per-day, total transfer count, and average transfer count per-day.

The Reports tab provides downloadable reports in a .csv format with flexible date ranges. The Reports tab presently features three key reports: Transactions, Debit Transfer Activity, and Chargebacks. Each report provides invaluable information for reconciliation and accounting.

Card Events Timeline

All Cards will now feature a Card Event Timeline in your Astra Dashboard, logging key events in chronological order such as when a Card was added, removed, re-added with updated information, approved or rejected via the Astra Dashboard, AFT or OCT enabled or disabled via the Astra Dashboard, and more. This event timeline provides insights and traceability for the actions the end-user took as well as any Astra Dashboard Users.

List Transfers for a Routine by Routine ID

We've introduced a new endpoint that enables programs to fetch a Routine's Transfers, provided the Routine object successfully created a Transfer object. Please see our documentation here for more information: https://docs.astra.finance/reference/get_v1-routines-id-transfers/

User Updated Webhook Enhancements

We've updated and enhanced our User Updated Webhook to be triggered when a rejected User is approved. Please see our documentation here for more information: https://docs.astra.finance/reference/user-webhooks/
